Chalkless, Inc. is committed to digital accessibility, and to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and AA, and complying with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations. Please note that our efforts to comply with WCAG 2.1 are ongoing as guidelines and software are consistently evolving.  

To ensure access for all, we are currently working on assigning alternative texts and descriptive links to images in addition to ensuring that all content is compatible with assistive technology and screen readers. Additionally, we have partnered with AccessiBe, an overlay solution to provide immediate support.
