Kira Wrixon

Kira Wrixon has been an athlete her whole life, ranging from team sports to combat sports, and is now a professional in the strength world, excelling in and turning Pro in Strongman and Highland Games. She turned pro in 2021, won America’s Strongest Woman in 2022, and holds a few World and American records. In 2024, she claimed victory at the Shaw Classic after overcoming two hamstring tears within 11 months.

A proud German Shepherd dog mother of four, Kira hails from the Catskill Mountains of NY and now calls South Carolina home. She dedicates much of her time to her animals, Veteran charity strength events, and training active-duty service members.
