Why Grip Loss on Firearms Isn't About "Sweaty Hands"

When shooters talk about losing control, sweat usually gets blamed.

Hot range days.

Gloves soaked through.

Hands slipping under recoil.

"My hands were too sweaty."

But sweat alone is rarely what causes a firearm to shift, rotate, or feel unstable.

Sweat by Itself Isn't Especially Slippery
